Soooo I’m not getting a job. Yet. I mean, Waterworks stuff starts mid-Aprilish & the lovely Marisa Lee was kind enough to literally give me some of her Nat birthday hours… so I’m just gonna bum around til summer, I guess. Yeah, call me Joey. Whatever, I’m gonna be a stay-at-home-daughter & clean the house & do some volunteer work & stuff.

Five dolla holla bowling with the crew last night- the whole gang was there & it was a massive blast. I bowled two strikes & three spares in one game & somehow still managed to never break 100. Only me, right? Only me.
Quote of the evening was Annie with, “My boobs are not a hoop.” That’s because she has tatas that practically defy gravity & I was having a grand old time throwing things into her cleavage. Yeah, my best friend’s chest is the 8th world wonder.

I actually saw your app. and was hoping they'd hire you. Last Thursday my manager's all, "Yeah, we hired a new girl..." so I'm thinking, Yay! I'll finally meet this Katy girl! Instead, they'd hired this other girl who is just wide-eyed and easily startled. Grrrrr. Try calling and harassing them. I had to call 4 times before I got my interview.
Oh yeah, I went to Ray's and it was superfabulous. So now I've witnessed a protest and I've eaten at Ray's... I almost feel like a real KSU student.

i love rent and matchbox twenty! you're two-fer-two kate, nice job. i heard about bowling from joey -- it sounds fun. speaking of joey, be a "him" but not really. did you ever see him being a "stay-at-home son" during his six months on the home front? i think not.
i'm talking to my dad today to see what we can figure out, on the "getting me home" subject. i'll call you whenever i get off the phone with him.

Be careful with those meds Katy. I've been taking that shit since I was fifteen; Zoloft, Paxil, Celexa Effexor, Xanax...They can make you really sedated-you're not sad anymore, but you're not happy either. Whether you feel like this or not, DON'T stop taking them suddenly. The whole Garden State representation is pretty false. The guy doesn't like how they make him feel, so he just stops taking it, and suddenly, he's OK. That's not how it works unfortunatly, and I'm not sure why the movie depicts that. Yeah, some of it will make you feel numb and dopey, but some stuff really works. They probably haven't taken full effect for you yet, it may take a month or more. Let your body adjust over the next couple of weeks. Feel better!
