Cant say Im a big C-Pow fan.
It doesn't have much to do with conceit, does it? I mean, if they only HAD one hit? I'd say it was more of an advertisement. If they hadn't told everyone to Wang Chung tonight, would you have known who sang that song? The answer: Fuck no. You would have had a hell of a time trying to find out the artist, everyone would have put down that it was Bon Jovi or Devo or something stupid that people do online like that and you would have been confused. But they have immortalized their name!

ps. it's amazing where you can find places that are hiring. just keep an eye out for signs on buildings or on marquees. heck, you could even just ask the people working there if they're hiring. i'm sure you'll find something.
I'm totally getting a massage; probably about a week before school starts. There's a place in town where you can get half an hour for about $20!!!
