Reason number 1732848934 why I don’t want to be a newspaper journalist- overnight deadlines SUCK. I agreed to cover a Freestyle Rap Battle tonight for tomorrow’s front page (I hope) & it’s killing me. I have an exam tomorrow to study for & instead, I’m boning up on my rap knowledge, which is extremely limited to begin with…
Cleveland was fanflippingtastic. The two-story Target just might be the coolest place on Earth… this cast of RENT was extremely close to the original, & Sigur Ros was just straight-up amazing. We had a horrendous waitress who looked like a grown-up version of my high-school-aged neighbor, whom I only tipped 10%... but sheesh, she deserved it. Also, I love bubble baths. And, oh yeah, MY BOYFRIEND.
Okay, I don’t really have time to write. And if I did have time, I wouldn’t have anything cool to say. Let’s recap: I am covering a freestyle rap competition tonight. ME, who went to a Sigur Ros show on Sunday, is covering RAP. We’ll see how this goes.

Rent kicks ass. Is it still in town? I saw it on Broadway a couple of years ago, it was amazing. The movie was good, but isn't it so much better live? I thought so. I also think it's funny that they sent a white girl to a freestyle rap battle. I hope that you didn't feel out of place; I would have. Hope school is going well for ya.
