My mom swallowed a sewing pin & is in the emergency room right now. She wouldn’t let me come with her because A) she’s angry about it, & B) I was writing a paper, but I’m a bit worried… that could really fuck you up, couldn’t it? Swallowing a freaking pin?!
The boys are all moved into their apartment & although it’s still a bit bare (no TV, no posters), it’s looking really good. Kev graciously agreed to let me have a barbeque at their place, sort of as a going-away shindig… for myself (lame, I know). If you’d like to come, please let me know! I’d love to see you!
I spent this morning eating breakfast at Dave’s Tip-Top with my mom, Darci & the beautiful miss Daphne Anne, my favorite little baby girl in the world. We played airplanes & opened the door for people at the restaurant & colored some aliens & then dressed up in silly hats when we got home… She’s so stinkin’ cute!

OUCH! I hope your mom is ok. Aw that little girl is SO cute.
aww, poor joyce. i hope she feels better. now, a few things:
- yeah, every quarter is the quarter from hell, but this one in particular wants me buried alive in concrete and dropped to the bottom of the hocking river.
- i will be home for your going-away shindig!
- i reallllly want to go to the tilly and the wall/birds and elephants show...and i'll be home for it. fuck yesss.
- lovedrug might be fun as well.
